Cleanliness and the plus Sized

Today let's discuss hygiene
It's a very important thing especially what goes on in the shower
Being plus sized and looking dirty is a bad combination, sometimes when I see a fat lady with sweats all over, dark neck I will feel like holding them, shaking them and screaming" what are you doing to your self"
You all will agree with me that dirt is a total turn off on a plus sized chick, dirt makes them look heavier, darker and unkempt.
If you are the type that rushes into the bathroom and rush out immediately you pour water on your self you might want to reconsider.
Our climate is mostly dust, and we sweat a lot thereby magneting the dirt and trapping it under our skin

The only way to get rid of it is vigorous scrubbing with a sponge! Yes a sponge, some babes bathe with handkerchiefs! Now that is totally wrong, as a plus sized lady you trap dirts twice than an average person so a sponge is needed to scrub it off.
Spend time inside the bathroom scrubbing yourself, it's your body, you owe it cleanliness, scrub different parts of your body individually, don't be in a hurry, pamper your skin.
Don't waste your money buying expensive cream and soap when you don't take time getting rid of the extra dirt and oil trapped under the skin.
Scrubbing the body is very very essential, also try using exfoliating soaps or scrubs to open up the pores and allow it to breathe, thereby rejuvenating it.
When bathing concentrate more on your face, the neck, the armpit, under the breast, tummy and beneath it, space your feet, bend over and make sure the laps and buttocks are clean and while bathing make use of your sense of smell, you scrub then sniff, to check if it's clean.
From time to time boil hot water and bathe with it, you see your body looking beautiful, fresh and sweet.
NB:The type of soap you use also matters a lot, nowadays the market is flooded with plenty soaps and it's hard to take a decision.
Keep a date with us our next topic is going to be on soaps.
