Teacher strips during class to teach human anatomy

A biology teacher in the Netherlands has decided to use her own body as a teaching aid – by wearing an anatomy-patterned spandex suit.
Ninth-grade students at the Groene Hart Rijnwoude school were shocked when they saw their teacher, Debby Heerkens, suddenly
beginning to undress during class, CNN reported.
However, as the cool suit was gradually revealed, the students burst into giggles, understanding what the teacher was really up to. A
video of the classroom interaction was posted on Facebook and has already attracted over 130,000 views.
The spandex suit that Heerkens wore actually has more than one layer. Beneath the suit featuring muscles, there was another that
showcased internal organs and then another that showed the skeletal bone structure.
According to metro.co.uk , Heerkens was inspired after she saw a woman walking down the street wearing similar leggings. She then
sought permission from the school director before taking the idea to the class.
Having been teaching for seven years, Heerkens said she felt a need to do something more creative to keep her students engaged.
Photos of the teacher have gone viral on Chinese social media, with many people praising her creative methodology.
