This is Indonesian breed chicken named Ayam Cemani. Their skin is black. Cut open an Ayam Cemani you will find black muscles anchored to black bones even thier organs are black.
In Asia, Ayam Cemani are renowned as much as for the mystical powers of thier black meat. Hmmmm
